At Safe Teach UK we are a specialist training provider in conflict management and personal safety training. We deliver courses in de-escalation strategies, communications skills, positive handling training to Organisations and the Education Sector. We have over 20 years, real life experience of dealing with conflict and challenging behaviour.
Safe Teach UK was established in March 2017, by director and head of training Paul Fairhurst. Paul is a Home Office Approved Trainer and has been delivering Conflict Management and Personal Safety Training for the past 9 years.
Paul is a qualified Conflict Management and Advanced Physical Intervention and Breakaway Instructor.
We recognise the challenges when dealing people who exhibit violence and aggression and we want to give you and your staff the knowledge, skills and confidence to make you feel safer when carrying out your role.
